If you are unsure what model you have, go to the Computer or My Computer icon under the Start button, right-click it and choose Properties. You'll see a screen detailing the operating system as well as the exact model computer you have.

Once you've entered the model in the Toshiba Web form, you can then click the Download button which will show you all available updates including updated Toshiba drivers specific to the hardware devices that shipped with your computer.
